Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee a broad range of HR functions to support our workforce, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster a positive workplace environment. Your proactive approach will help us attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining smooth HR operations across our organization.

Duties

• Manage human capital management processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and employee evaluation to ensure effective workforce integration and development.
• Administer benefits programs, handle payroll processing, and oversee workers’ compensation claims to support employee well-being and organizational compliance.
• Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, strategic planning, and succession planning efforts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by managing employment & labor law adherence, FMLA administration, affirmative action planning, and HR legal compliance procedures.
• Facilitate performance management processes including employee relations, conflict management, training & development programs, and workforce management strategies.
• Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS systems like Oracle HCM or UltiPro while analyzing Excel data for reporting purposes.
• Support AWP social media on Facebook and LinkedIn for events such as employee anniversaries and quarterly corporate events. Post’s will be personnel based and not related to sale marketing and business development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
• Familiarity with HR and payroll systems such as ADP is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated skills in project management, organization design, benefits administration, and personnel administration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel data analysis and data collection techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications or training in FMLA administration, workers’ compensation procedures, or HR legal compliance are advantageous.
